Develop Neck Labels and Brand Identification
Send your logo artwork, preferred label dimensions, colors and reference samples where available. Woven labels need readable lettering and a suitable layout at the intended size. Fine details may require adjustment before the label sample is approved.
We also confirm the fold, edge treatment and attachment method. A label sewn into a seam has different preparation requirements from one stitched onto the lining. Placement should be shown on a garment drawing or reference sample so the finished appearance is clear.

Confirm Size and Care Label Content
Size labels must follow the buyer’s approved naming system and match the ordered size breakdown. The same size name can represent different measurements across brands, so label wording is checked against the confirmed garment specifications.
Care label content should reflect the actual body, sleeve and lining materials, together with agreed care instructions and information required for the destination market. Mixed-material jackets need particular attention because fabric, leather, PU and decoration may require different handling.
Buyers should provide or approve the final wording, symbols and language versions before label production. A generic care label should not be reused across constructions without review.
Coordinate Hangtags, Barcodes and Packing
Hangtags can carry buyer-approved branding and product information. We confirm artwork, dimensions, attachment and any required relationship between the hangtag, size label and individual package.

Approve Label Samples Before Bulk Production
During sample development, buyers review label readability, colors, positioning and stitching. Label and hangtag versions should be recorded with the approved jacket specification.
Bulk checks compare the installed labels with the confirmed references and verify size identification against the packing breakdown. Changes after labels have been produced or installed may affect cost and delivery.
