Define Packaging Around Your Order Requirements
Jaktuno supports custom packaging for varsity jacket orders from apparel brands, private-label buyers, wholesalers, importers and school or teamwear suppliers. Options include individual polybags, branded packing bags, hangtags, buyer-approved barcodes, export cartons and carton marks.
We review packaging alongside garment construction, quantity and destination. Jacket thickness, sleeve materials and raised decoration influence folding and packing fit. Requirements should be confirmed before packing materials are purchased, particularly when several sizes or product versions share one shipment.
Select Individual Bags and Packing Fit
An individual bag should accommodate the folded jacket without unnecessary pressure on closures, sleeves or decoration. A heavier wool-blend construction may need a different bag size from a lightweight satin style, even when both carry the same garment size label.
We review bag dimensions, material, closure and branding against a physical sample. Buyers should identify any required warnings or printed information and approve the wording before production. Special presentation boxes can be reviewed separately for sourcing, garment fit, cost and order minimums.
Coordinate Branding, Hangtags and Barcodes
Packaging artwork needs confirmed dimensions, colors and placement. We check whether branding remains visible after the jacket is packed and whether the selected format suits the bag surface.
Hangtags and garment labels should agree with the product information used on the package. Our labels and private label development coordinates these details with the jacket specification.
Where barcodes are required, buyers provide or approve the codes and their assignment by style, color or size. We confirm the agreed label format and placement before packing. Code ownership or registration is not established through packaging production.
Protect Materials and Decoration During Folding
Folding is reviewed against the selected body fabric, sleeves, closures and patches. Raised chenille, large embroidered areas and visible hardware may need a different fold position or agreed protective separation.
Protection should address the actual garment rather than add materials without a clear purpose. Through sample development, the packed sample can be reviewed for appearance, bag fit and handling before the method is used for bulk goods.
Confirm Size Assortments and Export Cartons
Buyers should specify whether cartons contain one size, mixed sizes or an agreed assortment. The breakdown needs to match the purchase order, garment labels and individual packages.
Carton dimensions and packed quantities depend on jacket bulk and the selected packing method. Carton marks and shipment instructions are confirmed before preparation. Our packing and export preparation work includes checks of quantities, size assortments and carton identification before release.
Provide Details for Packaging Quotation
Send the jacket reference, quantity, size breakdown, bag or box requirements, artwork, hangtag details and carton assortment. Include the destination, preferred trade term and shipment target.
Custom printed packaging can have sourcing minimums and preparation times separate from garment production. Artwork changes or late packing instructions may affect cost and delivery. Final packaging specifications should be approved with the order so materials and shipment preparation follow the same reference.
